Voices of Action

Our voices don't have to be perfect to be part of the change. Together, we can create impact where it's needed most!

We believe that real change happens when we work together. For us, advocacy means close collaboration to: combine resources for greater social impact and improve the systems that shape people’s lives.
We work closely with charitable organizations and Zurich teams to scale our collective social impact.

How we do this

1. System-level changes

We focus on where we can make the biggest difference by targeting high-impact areas based on strong potential, resources, and feasibility. Our strategy includes scaling proven, community-driven programs, establishing strategic partnerships to influence policy and practice, and committing to multi-year grants. We recognize that meaningful change requires sustained effort and adaptability over time.

2. Co-funding solutions with like-minded organizations

We work with others to strengthen the programs we support through strategic collaborations (which we call partnerships in this context). This includes co-funding initiatives and global coalitions such as the UNICEF-led Global Coalition for Youth Mental Health, supporting locally driven projects through Zurich Business Units, and sharing knowledge and resources with likeminded organizations.

What guides us

Our advocacy efforts are grounded in:

Why engage with us?

We are united by a shared purpose: advancing prevention and promotion in climate adaptation, youth mental wellbeing, social equity, and mental health psychosocial support in emergencies. With Zurich’s global footprint and deep community ties, we scale local, community-led solutions that create lasting impact.

Our approach goes beyond funding. We co-create programs, offer strategic support, and mobilize our network to deepen impact.

Ways to collaborate:

  • Co-funding opportunities – Join forces to support and scale initiatives that are already making a difference.
  • Program co-creation – Design and deliver initiatives grounded in community needs and evidence.
  • Strategic partnerships – Bring your expertise, networks, or resources to amplify our collective impact.
  • Knowledge sharing – Contribute to and benefit from our research, tools, and global learning community.
